Yalan received an M.S. in Biology at Beijing Normal University. Then she joined Cell Imaging Facility at Tsinghua University and became an imaging engineer in 2020. Yalan joined the Li lab in May 2021. She is curious about the essential roles of different neuropeptides in social behavior.
