Project: The Quantification and Analysis of Animal Social Behaviors

Rapid, accurate and detailed behavior quantification methods are lacking and have become a bottleneck in animal social behavior researches. Using multi-view photos of interacting rats, we expect to calculate 3D coordinates of body key points and behavior features to comprehensively analyze social behavior patterns and related neuronal coding mechanisms.
